My husband and I are T2. We have joined a gym, lost weight, and work hard to continue to do so. My question is about workout supplements. Would they help or hurt? A rep for a supplement co. was at the gym, but all he could tell me was that one of his products was low in sugar, and another used stevia. He had no idea about how or if the carbs were good or bad, or what they would do. I can find no info on this.
