A:

Go to the American Association of Diabetes Educator website at , http://www.diabeteseducator.org/. Click on “find an educator,” . Many of these educators work with endocrinologists. When you call for an appointment, ask them about endocrinologists with whomthey work. Make an appointment with both the educator and endocrinologist. These educators should be able to steer you in the right direction.
