I am a 22 year old male. Last month I went to test my blood sugar and the values were really dangerous. My fasting glucose level was 110 and the Ac1 was 7.1%. My grandfather, grandmother and aunt have diabetes, and often overeat. But I also often do exercise (jogging, strength training). I also have very low body fat, about 10%, and I am 127 pounds (58 kg), and 5.6 feet (173 cm). So I do not understand why I got such bad results.
