Ok here is a question. I have had type 2diabetes for 8 yrs. Have lost weight with diet and exercise but now have been starting to put back the weight. Was wondering how safe is a vegetarian diet....and how much exercise is required to help jump start weight loss. Getting discouraged and really don't know how to find a diet that works for me again.
