What can I do to get my sugar up to a good level and stay up? I have been suffering from hypoglycemia for several months now with blood sugars running in the 60-75 range. This is not just once in a while; it is everyday. I can eat a candy bar and the highest I can get my blood sugar is in the low 90s and it doesn't last long. I have not been diagnosed as being diabetic but I have a doctor's appointment three weeks from now. I'm tired of feeling sick and tired.
