Is there a book/guide/cheat sheet that lists foods with their carbs? And is a single serving of carbs 15 grams? Also, if you can have 40 carbs at lunch and supper, is 10 grams of protien the correct serving, and is that like a palm sized portion? I need a guide to carry with me.
