Is there a difference between the fast acting insulins? I ask because I take Novolog and, for example, today at 10:21 a.m. my blood sugar was 222. I took a correction bolus at that time of 3.7 units through my pump, and an hour and half late my blood sugar was still 216, after another hour 181, and then another 2 hours 152. Shouldn't fast acting be working faster than that or is it time for some setting adjustments?
