I need help with an intensive diet. I seem to have no self control when it comes to food.

You might also explore nutrition and weight management programs in your community -- your local hospital may offer such a program. Or, consider looking into a commercial program, such as Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem. These programs can teach you about healthy eating and also provide you with support to help you stay motivated. In any case, however, trying to do this on your own can be overwhelming, so seek out guidance and realize that you don’t have to go it alone!

Thanks! I am a nervous eater. When the stress builds, I eat and eat and eat. Most of the time, I can do well. But then there are days! I will pursue some help.
