I have started lifting weights and riding stationary bikes in a gym. Today my blood sugar was 140. After a one hour workout my blood sugar was 50 and I was not even done but had to quit. I don't want to burn calories then eat to get my suger back up tand put the calories back on. Just need to loss some inches on my stomach. Any suggestions?
