I'm new to this, as I've only known I've had diabetes three weeks. I've made tremendous changes in my diet since then. While changes in my eating habits have been the biggest, I'm noticing fluctuations in my sugar levels from 171-136 and I'm wanting to know are there other factors besides foods contributing to blood sugar.
