My husband has just had 4 stents placed within the last two weeks. He is recovering well. His cardiologist has put him on a 75 carb diet and we are handling that. My problem is I am so confused with his other conditions — high cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes. His cardiologist has adjusted his salt intake to pretty much none but I am having trouble knowng what else I have to watch for in foods to deal with ALL his conditions. Cholestrol, sodium, potassium etc. IT'S CONFUSING...
