Help! I need a low-fiber (3 gr or less), lactose-free, low-residue, low-sodium, diabetic diet. I had stomach cancer as a child and am finding that as I grow older, I'm having major stomach issues due to adhesions.

Please ask your physician for a referral to see a dietitian in your community. A dietitian will be able to take into account all of the various issues and restrictions to help you develop an eating plan that you can follow, and that will provide you with the nutrients that you need to stay healthy. Your health care plan will very likely cover at least one (and likely more) session with a dietitian.
