Q:

I have been a T1 diabetic for 52 years now. I am 61 years old and have taken the needle, and pills since the beginning. I have heard plenty about an award given to 50 year people by Joslin Clinic, and I would be honored to accept that kind of award. I started a few months back by calling the hospital that I was first diagnosed at, and their records don't go back 50 years — only about 20. My original doctors and family are dead. What next?
