We had another round of cold weather…I pushed my coats away ,I got out a red sweater that a was given to me by good friend that passed away. I miss her She was the teacher that I helped. She always wore this sweater and when she found out she was dying from Cancer she gave it to me.. I was warm by a good friend..I got to school this morning and I was happy,I wish for you today is to think of friend that warms you. Let them know… sometimes we get so busy with blood sugar test and what to eat we forget that we get warmth from friends.. I hope you all can get warm today…

What a beautiful sentiment…some of our biggest moments of satisfaction and happiness comes from our dear friends.

I love this post....thank you so much for sharing that. There are those special things that tie us emotionally to others that are so very special. I am glad the sweater warmed you and your heart today. Your story made me smile.

Unfortuntely the person who warmed me the most (emotionally speaking) is no longer alive. But Jem left me a lot of good friends with whom I try to keep in contact and exchange our good wishes and prayers.

Thanks for the reminder.

(PS: I live in Las Vegas my usual problem is not to get warm but to stay cool, LoL!)
