Hi folks! I will be running a 15K (9.3 miles) next weekend and would like advice, opinions and comments on how early I should begin my carbo loading. Wednesday, Thursday or Friday? What should I eat? I'm 58 and run about a 10:20 to 10:50 mile on a five mile run. I would like to run a 105 min 15K. Any runners out there that can help me? I have type 2.
