Sitting all day at work, makes me stiff. I do get up and walk but not without a hitch in my getalong if I sit too long. I found desk exercises that suggested I do short burst of jumping jacks. Well I do not work from home and at work this is unacceptable. I found these at your computer exercises. I am trying them all but one. These miight help keep us moving while sitting at our desks!

The moves here involving stretching and strengthening your body, all within the comfort of your office chair. This workout doesn't take the place of traditional strength training, but offers you a way to keep your blood moving if you can't get away from your desk.
