I found a series of links at the website recipelink.com that features various diabetic cooking sites that I thought I would share with you:

Thanks Ray - I'm always looking for new recipes to at least look at if not try. Many times I'll see one and it will give me new ideas to try tho not really following the recipe itself lol Guess I just like experimenting with cooking (been doing that for about 50 years now) Sometimes they work great and others not so great but that's all part of the fun - especially with a couple of willing 'guinea pigs' like my husband and son lmao One site that I've used for several years, that I didn't see on that list, and that I get e-letters/recipes from is Splenda.com. There are also great ideas there for tweeking recipes you may already have that the family loves. I've done that with many of our family favorites.
