Today Dr. Oz had a lot of info on preventing and treating many health problems, Diabetes included. One tip I have read about numerous times is one
he spoke of, that is, taking in a couple of tsp. of vinegar before a regular meal.
I guess this wouldn't be to difficult if you eat salads, or like my dad, put it on
fish and on hot green foods____like steamed spinich and cabbage. Dr. Oz says
it slows down the digestion of carbs I think, thus helping to regulate sugar counts. Anyhow I wanted to be sure to share it with anyone seeking natural
ways to control Diabetes.
