Has anybody ever heard that a little bit of pure honey
is good for diabetes.

I don't know that it is good for diabetes but if you consume some locally grown honey, it is said to be good at combating spring allergies to pollen. I don't eat a lot of it because it does tend to spike my numbers.

I've heard people say it, but never any proof behind it. There is nothing wrong with honey but it's guaranteed to raise blood sugar so you need to be careful or it will be the opposite of good for you.
