Since diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last year, I've last 64-pounds. But, lately I'm stuck. I exercise at the YMCA 4-5-days per week. A friend told me to workout at a lower heart weight than the arobic/anarobic rate. So, I'm trying this. I lost another 4-pounds but my goal is another 25 pounds. I'm going to ask a personal trainer at the Y, but does anyone have any personal exerience?
