Hey everyone its brandi im back its been awhile cause i have been busy with school and everything anyway hows everyone doing?? and i am needing some help. i need help losing weight and i need to lose some weight by april 2nd because i am going to be a bridesmaid and i need help trying to find something that will help and so please HELP ME!!!!!! thanks- BrAnDi :)

Hi I wish you the best. Maybe if you ate very low carb food it will jump start the weight loss. I understand how hard it can be to loose weight. Id try and eat lots of fresh vegatables and fruit. Keeping the carbs low should really help and its good for diabetes.please keep us posted on how your doing ok? I wish you the best of luck! God bless!

Hello welcome back
When I needed to drop some weight I swich foods and only eat freesh veg
by cutting out the other carbs I was able to drop a good bit rairly fast

I am attaching a link to an article that I wrote some time ago on calories in the hopes that what I had researched back then will help you calculate what may be the safest targets for your weight loss endeavors. It is important to have a more specific target of how much weight you're referring to with losing "some weight" … are you being realistic? You should not try to lose more than only a pound or two per week so by April 2nd, you are looking at no more than 10-12 pounds. You could exceed that but you want to be on the safe and sane side. Weight goes on slowly and has to come off slowly also. Be fair with yourself.
