Cinnamon-anybody know how long it stays in body?

I always hear cinnamon is so good for you. I sprinkle about teaspoon on apple in a.m./#'s are good after. Wonder if it would help if I did same at the nitetime snack to help lower the morning test #'s?

They say that you are unlikely to see any benefit unless you use 3 grams or so a day for several months. Even then the difference is minor and will not happen for everyone. If you like cinnamon then use it how you want to use it and any change in numbers will be a bonus, don't take it and expect it to work miracles.
