I just got my blood work back from the DR. I went from a A1C off 11 three months ago to 6.8. I'm so happy all my hard work is paying off !! My cholesterol was also good. And just to let every one know I took 1 of those home A1C tests to see how good they are, right after my blood work. It was dead on. So I guess they work pretty well.
Hope all is well with every one else out there !!!

A Diet of low carbohydrates or complex carbohydrates (foods that are also high in fiber), and daily exercise to help burn the excess sugars, will lower your Blood Sugar and A1c. I was at 11.4 A1c, after 6 months I went to a 5.7 A1c and a 96 mg/dl fasting blood sugar.

Great job! Keep up the good work. I might have to give one of those home test a try.
