When I go grocery shopping, I keep in mind "what not to buy" as I think about what I shouldn't have as I go through aisles. Doing this not only prevents me from buying what I shouldn't have but also helps me cut down cost of grocery bills.
Out of sight, out of mind — no potato chips in the house — saving me money and cutting down on carbs.
