I stumbled across this web-site while looking for a nutritional information guide for recipes. www.recipenutrition.com. If you select the "Build a Recipe" option, it allows you to put in your ingredients and gives you the nutritional values per serving. What you do have to input, though, is how many servings your whole recipe makes. For example, if your soup or chili recipe makes 8 cups and you normally have a serving of one cup, you would note 8 for the number of servings per recipe. Then the nutritional values given would be per cup. If you normally eat 2 cups, the total servings per recipe would be 4, and the nutritional values would represent a 2 cup serving. I've got this site bookmarked! It'll help keep me on that straight and narrow path we all tread.
