Exercises that will help with diabetes but yet won't make my joints hurt worse from arthritis. I tell myself if I'm not doing cardio then its not exercise but sometimes my knees and elbows end up more sore. Someone have some insight?

I do pilates. There are some easy stretches and general moves. I have been able to do what is doable for me without hurting my joints or back.
