OK EVERYONE ITS POSTED IN RECIPES NOW I ONLY HAD 7 GUESTS TONIGHT AND MYSELF AND ITS ALMOST ALL GONE EXCEPT FOR 2 SLICES OF MY ANISE POUND CAKE, AND ENOUGH DILL TATERS TURNED INTO POTATO PANCAKES ONLY 5 LEFT MAYBE WILL HAVE TO MAKE MORE THAN 5 #'S NEXT TIME. MY GUESTS AND MYSELF MANAGED TO PUT AWAY 12 LEGS 10 THIGHS, & 6 BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS AND HAD TO OPEN UP ANOTHER QT OF VEGGIES TO FEED EVERYONE AND THEIR ALL GONE TO VERY HAPPY NEIGHBORS. NOT REALLY WILD ABOUT THE TASTE OF USING OLIVE OIL BUT I GUESS ITS SOMETHING I'M GOING TO HAVE TO ACQUIRE A TASTE FOR SO ARE MY NEIGHBORS BUT IT COULDN'T HAVE TASTED THAT BAD AS ALL THE CHICKEN IS GONE MY ONE NEIGHBOR BROUGHT ME ANOTHER 29# GOOSE FOR THE NEXT FEAST WANTS ME TO TRY MY RYE FLOUR.CARWARY SEED CONCOTION ON IT

Olive oil does take some getting used to, but now that I use it for almost everything, I am really liking it. I also learned to use it instead of butter on bread. You sprinkle a little salt and pepper in it and there you go...yum,
