MY NEIGHBORS LIKE THIS AND SO DO I THIS IS THE ONE MEAL THAT DOESN'T RAISE MY BS IN FACT SOMETIMES ITS ALOT LOWER THAN WHAT IT NORMALLY RUNS…THAT'S SUPPER TONIGHT

OOPS I FORGOT TO TELL U ALL…I USE REAL BUTTER NOT THAT CHEAP IMIATATION MARGARINE, I USE RYE FLOUR BECAUSE OF A FOOD ALLERGY TO WHITE AND WHEAT FLOUR, I TRY TO USE FRESH HERBS THROUGHOUT THE WINTRY MONTHS GIVES THE END PROJECT BETTER FLAVOR, AND I ONLY MAKE THE GRAVY FOR 2 DIFFERENT NEIGHBORS THAT LIKE GRAVY ON THEIR BOILED TATERS. IF ANY TATERS LEFT I USUALLY MASH THEM WITH ONE EGG, 1/2 C RYE FLOUR, AND FORM THEM INTO PATTIES FOR BREAKFAST THE NEXT DAY 4 TATER PANCAKES PLACE ON SHEET TRAYS AN FREEZE[ HINT I USUALLY MAKE A 5# BAG OF TATERS FOR THAT PURPOSE] THEN I FRY THEM IN BACON GREASE SO MUCH 4 A LOW BS COUNT AFTER THAT BRECKFAST. WELL GOT TOO GO AN FINISH DIN DIN NEIGHBORS R STARTIN TO COME IN

OK GOT IT POSTED THERE, DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THE NUTRIONAL STUFF BUT MY BLOOD SUGAR WAS AT 245 B4 SUPPER 2 HRS AFTER SUPPER BS LEVEL WAS 200 THAT'S EATIN TATERS SMOTHERED IN BUTTER AND FRESH CHOPPED DILL…DIDN'T GIVE A THOUGHT OF TAKIN A PIC OF THE SPREAD I PUT ON TONIGHT WILL TRY TO REMEMBER AN TAKE ITS' PIC NEXT TIME. AND THE DESSERT I MADE WAS EXCELLLLANT…ANISE POUND CAKE BUT I NEED TO WORK ON HOW MUCH FAKE SUGAR TO USE. I MADE 2 DIFFERENT ANISE CAKES ONE 4 ME AN 1 - 4 MY GUESTS MY GUESTS HAD SWEETENED STRAWBERRIES POURED OVER EACH SLICE, ME NEVER LIKED SWEETNED STRAWBERRIES SO MINE WAS PLAIN STRABERRIES OVER MY ANISE POUND CAKE EXCELLLLLANT EXCELLLLLANT. NOTHING IS LEFT EXCEPT 2 SLICES OF MY POUND CAKE MY GUESTS TRIED MINE TOO, AND THE TATERS THT WERE LEFTOVER HAD ENOUGH LEFT FOR 5 PANCAKES MMM GOOD TOMORROW IN AM WILL HAVE FOR BRECKFAST.
