I don't know about you, but I do not worry about the things that I do not have any control over, and as for the things that I can control , I am so busy trying to control them, that I do not have the time to worry about them!

Worrying has it's positives, as well as its negatives, both of which depends on the situation, and the individual.

Worrying can prompt creative thinking as well as constructive action.
Worrying can also induce stressful thinking which can promote a depressive state of mind and a feeling of lonliness.

What can you do about it?
That is up to you, it depends on how you look at yourself, and life.

I believe that there will be a "tomorrow" for me, even if I don't live to see it.
I view the world, and my life honestly, for whatever it is, good or bad.
I make no excuses for my life, nor do I accept them.

I am a thief, I try to "rob" as much "extra time" out of life as I can, much more than I am allocated mentally, (if I believe all the things that I read).

Do not let anything, self imposed or not, rob you of your right to happiness!

My personal suggestion on life is this,
Deal with it, but most importantly, Live it!

Thought-provoking as always, Mays, thanks. The older I get, the easier it seems to be to let go of the worries for things I have no control over. I try to ponder, not worry, on the the things I do have control of. Sometimes I have dreams that help me with solutions. I do appreciate each and every day. Even Monday mornings…

Worry is blinding, as well as deafening.
Joy stimulates the senses, establishes serenity, and promotes growth from within.

Worrying robs us of so much in life, much of which can never, ever be replaced.
Enjoy your day, it contains a lot of memories for the future!
