I'm on Warfarin, which is a blood thinner. My Doctors have taken away several foods that I love and are good for my health. Coconut, spinach, etc. they don't want me eatting. Not only do I have type 2 diabeties,but I have a heart condition too. My question is; what foods will give me the same benifits as those that are high in vitamin K? On top of all of that I want to loss a few pounds. Carbs are also an issue with me.
