I am trying to get my sugars under control, and as you all know, it isn't easy. I am on Janumet, diet and exercise to get this done. I have been hearing that cinnamon can help with controlling sugars. Is this true? Has anyone been incorporating cinnamon into their diet for this purpose? My A1C is 10.5, so I am willing to try anything to help lower my sugars. Help????
