V8 juice, low sodium, ever try it?
Just read article that this juice is good for diabetics. I haven't tried it as I eat lots of vegetables, but curious if anyone has.

I love Capri Sun ROARING WATERS. It tastes great, It only has 8 carbs and comes in many different flavors. I need to get more vitamin C so I try to drink one a few times a week. I am always afraid to eat much fruit, but I try to eat a little. I am always looking for a 100% daily amount of Vit C with a juice that is LOW carb. Another one I drink but not often, is Apple & Eve juices. They have no added sugar, but they have more carbs than the Roaring Waters. So I dn't drink a whole box at a time.I drink a little here and there over the day.
I like LS tomato juice better.
Love the low sodium V8. Used to drink a small can every night as part of my lunch when I worked nights.
I can't do tomato juice. My whole family loves it though and we keep a case on hand. I do use it in cooking of stews and soups though...just can't drink it cold.
I cannot do tomato juice or soup or anything that strong in tomato. I am just not a fan. I have found a grape juice (off topic) called Healthy Balance with only 8 grams of carbs that I really like alot. I have found $1 off coupons online for the product. It doesn't taste like "diet" juice.
Hey. thanks for the tip!!Have a good one
I can't drink it cold either so I heat it in the microwave and sip it like tomato soup or let it warm up to room temp.
Maybe I should try that for an alternative warm drink in the winter. Hmmmm
Oh yes, I used to love it. For me now I must avoid it because of resteictions in my Renal diet. Take care of your diabetes & your BP, folks so you don't have kidney problems. I was told when on Dialysis that about 50 % of dialysis patients are diabetic. If you want more info on that, go to DaVita.com (they've been advertising here on DC recently) I'm sure they have the information to help avoid renal disease.
