I was diagnosed with IBD before being diagnosed with diabetes. Now I wonder if I have had diabetes before I was diagnosed with IBD.

Being in a family with diabetes, I was tested often. Once having autoimmune diseases we are prone to having more throughout our life. I wonder how many others have IBD and not really know it?
Or another kind of autoimmune disease either before or after being diagnosed with diabetes.

I'm just guessing is IBD = "Irritable Bowel disease"? Is that the same as IBS "Irritable Bowel syndromer"? I have IBS due to neuropathy issues

IBS is Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Which is a disorder of the intestines, it causes belly pain, cramping, or bloating and diarreha or constipation.
