not eating on time

hey guys do you all have this problem if i dont eat at least every 4 to 5 hrs, i will start hurting, does this happen you any of you, thanks, such as body aching

I get weak, dizzy, shaky, and a head ache ( sometimes I have got some pain in my stomach like an ache). If I don't get my sugar up fast I also get faint. I always keep OJ and glucose sugar tablets in case of emergency. But it only happens rarely.

I don't get body aches, but get shaky and out of it feeling..Have to stay pretty much on a schedule to feel A-1 for me..

i don't get body aches but i do start shaking and my body just don't feel right. my vision also gets blurry at times.

yes of course i feel shaky and nausious at times. a little healty snack is good for every 3-4 hrs:-)

I don't notice that kind of pain for skipping meals. I might get hungry, but not pain such as aches. Have you talked to your doctor about this? Where do you ache?

Hi. I've not notied body aches from not eating but I do know if I go that long without eating I begin to go low. It drives me crazy because I feel like I'm eating too much but I take a 24 hour insulin and a second insulin so id surely send myself into a low if I waited too long to eat. Id ask my doc about the body aches to find out what's happing. It could be so many different reasons its best to ask your doctor about that. Good luck to you! I try and eat small meals every 4 hours to keep myself feeling ok. If you work I guess it would be harder to do that, but if I go longer I find myself beginning to go low and I don't eat a full meal to most people it would be just a snack but I try and eat healthily although I am not perfect. I often fall off the wagon and disgrace myself like 5 minutes ago I ate a bag of crisps (potato chips) and a Turkish Delight. (Gerie you are a bad, wicked, evil person)
