Stomach pain

Two months ago I was working out at the gym doing my last exersize, the stomach crunch machine, I sat down, felt dizzy and closed my eyes. I opened them to find myself on the floor having fainted. Haven't been to gym since. My BG tested fine and my BP too. This happened another three times in a month period. In the last month my stomach has started to cramp. I roll over on my stomach and if I lay a certain way it is a jabbing pain like having a root canal. Now in the last week, I'm constantly having a knot in the stomach muscles. At times pressing up against something will shoot pain, but other times I can press on my stomach, even pound on it and all is okay. My sides will cramp when turning to inject insulin on my love handles. However I have no stomach acid or such. Just cramping that is getting worse each day, but can't see doc until new year. Any ideas?

I was having severe stomach cramps. It was thought to be a side effect from the mega dose of vitamin d I was on by my Rheumatologist. I ended up in emergency surgery for a hernia. Get to a Doc asap
