What a great way to be able to keep track of foods I eat. Carbs , protein, fat, everything is charted. even down to how many calories a meal. Plus they have a fitness tracker too with oodles of ideas for exercise. I did a few of their recommended exercises plus my son and I worked out on the Wii today. I also did a 30 minute cardio dvd too. I have to say God has been blessing me with some real excellent glucose readings this past week. Praise and Glory go to Him for that.
