I have over the last 6 months or so let myself go as far as really being careful with watching what I eat and taking care of my bs. I have allowed myself to indulge and right now I can't for the life of me get back on track. I need help to get back on track. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. A slacking person who is looking to get strick with herself once again.

Thanks for the pep talk, I really needed to hear that. You are right about beating myself up as I have been doing that in other areas of my life also and I have been really trying to change in that area as well. I can only do this one step at a time and I thank you for welcoming me to the family.

The first order of business is to stop beating yourself up. The hardest thing is making today "THE" day to get back on track. Tomorrow always sounds much better. You know what you need to do but only YOU can actually do it. Don't burn yourself out with a 360 degree lifestyle change. Take baby steps again doing a little dieting, a little exercise, and a little loving yourself. You'll see progress again and that will motivate you to push yourself a little harder and then a little harder. There's nothing worse than burning out to achieve unrealistic goals. Ask any marathon runner how they trained and the answer is "slowly." It's time to be your best friend instead of your worst enemy but do something today and it's gonna be a lot easier tomorrow instead of putting off the start until tomorrow, which never comes. We are here for you now. Welcome to the family!!!
