Hi everyone, I would like to know if someone could help me? I exercise 4 days a week and try to watch what I eat I have done Atkins for 7 months and weigh more now than when I started in March. Could someone tell me how you have lost weight? I am almost to the point that if I eat salad and chicken and gain, why not eat the donut. I am controlling my BG but the weight is killing me, I'm scared. I'll admit that sometimes I do eat something I should't, but not to the point of gaining so much.
