Ouch! I only got three right! I make a lot of that stuff myself now, so that threw me as I know what MY version has for carbs. But the ones that were within 2-3 carbs of each other was hardly an easy choice with the variations out there.

10 out of 10 but I have done a lot of reading/research on nutrition over the past 6-7 months. I will tell you guys that I have learned a lot about myself and about my condition(s) from this place and I thank you all for that.

That was one of my wrong choices too. I quess it's harder to compare apples to oranges by small, medium, and large sizes.

With the fiber of the apple I only need to cover 60% of the carbs in a Apple
But that may just be me oranges send me way up
Best wishes

I didn't do too well either, only 5 out of 10. But I have to admit I did guess on a lot of them. But even when I thought I knew the answers I was wrong :) I still have a lot to learn.

I didn't fare very well on the quiz, only 4 out of 10 correct. They didn't give enough details about the food choices. For example the type of bread for the sandwich compared with pizza of what style of crust. What type of mac & cheese? If they had stated those facts I would have made the correct choice. I missed others because I don't eat some of the foods they used. So I think I might not be as carb ignorant as the score implies. Perhaps my adjusted score should be 8 out of 10 correct.
Does this make me sound like a sore loser?

You are right on with your assessment. The nutrition varies wildly between different brands and recipes you make at home so without knowing what they are comparing or how much of it, it's very hard to get an accurate answer. Kind of like asking you to guess the carbs in something when you are blindfolded!

Actually I didn't want to say anything about this before, but I had much the same experience with the quiz. Actually my score was 5 out of 10 correct. And I thought I was a pretty good judge of carbs. I guess not! Dlife has another carb quiz, 12 questions. I haven't checked it out yet but I may.
