Different substitutions

Ok I see some of you writing about different things you use in cooking..like whey, and organic stuff, things I have never heard of. not only that but If you have to go to a health store it costs an arm and a leg. So what does someone like me do when your budget is already stretched?

You need to eat portion size meals. half your plate should be a veg. the other 1/4 is your meat the orther 1/4 is brown rice or small potato. You can eat a snack between meal like almonds a hand full or some strawberrys. a good thing to eat instead of rice or potato is Quinoa more stores are starting to carry this product.
