Dear reader, I have been overweight for a long time just about 15 years. I can not believe I had gained so much weight. I look in the mirror an wonder who this person is. That can't be me… Yet it was. I ignored the problem and you know it didn't go away it got larger, pardon the pun. In November, 2009 I weighed in at a whale whopping 384+ pounds. I started to pay more attention to my self I'm 46 at the time. I stopped! I just stopped eating garbage! Fast foods, white things like potatoes of any kind. Snack chips and processed dun-age, was taken out of my daily routine. I switched to Splenda (Tm), non-sweetened foods, sugars I do eat are natural sweet, from fruit that I eat, added fiber to my diet. You know I've experimented with various ways to loose the poundage.
I reduced my calorie intake everyday for a year by 150 calories and have changed my metabolic make up.

Weight loss=105# From November, 2009 to September, 1010. Blood pressure is normal, vision intact, kidney functionality good. All in all If my test results come back after the holiday's in order. the Doctor wants me to loose 40+ more pounds, then if everything is good I'm looking to be taken off the Met foreman. Note: Please take your meds!!! I take vitamins like Q-10, B-12, Ginkgo, Chromium Pic, Cinnamon,and some multivitamins, for diabetics. Good Luck
