'When I found out about my diabetes I had my Doctor set me up in a training class. Took all day but was worth it. Luckily I can manage mine by diet and exercise. Based on the diet plan they set me up on I lost W lbs (safely) in 5 months. I write down my blood glucose each time I check in a diet diary. I write down EVERYTHING that I eat, the car bs, fat, protein and calories. My AC has dropped to manageable levels, glucose runs between W and W. I manage it even under stress. Is it easy? Not today tomorrow or the day after. The things that I like occasionally, I change out so that I maintain my diet, health and glucose levels. My wife, children and grandchildren even help.'?
