Has anyone experienced Frozen Shoulders as a result of being diabetic? I am T1 and have been diabetic for 38 years. I have been in terrible pain as both of my shoulders have frozen. The orthopedic DR.'s say it's due to diabetes?? I don't know if I buy that …

Just wondering …

Thanks

Scott

I checked out the web site James gave. I found it interesting that my frozen shouler could be from my diabetes. I never thought about that since I have RA also.

Disclaimer: I'm not saying to do this.

I've heard of people using WD40

You might want to www.google.com up the search phrase:
Frozen Shoulders WD 40
and see what others have had to say.

Howdy Scott
You're probably thinking something like: Since I am a Person With Diabetes ("PWD") it's easy to blame everything on Diabetes ("DM"). When I first heard about frozen shoulder (when someone asked about it in a discussion quite a while ago) I myself wondered about how it could be and looked it up online. When the question came up again later one of my DC friends "Mays" found a lot of resources on the subject and put up this discussion:

I haven't been through the list completely myself, but there seems to be a lot of links there and I pray you'll find useful information there

Blessings to you and yours

James
