Hi All:
Now with the time change, I find it troubling figuring out when to eat. I I am use to eating breakfast between 5:30 and 6:00am, would I eat at 4:30 or 5:00am. Does anyone else have this problem. Thanks for your help. Take care.

Yes its all about adjusting your internal clock. Youl be fine if you eat and hour later or earlier . If you feel low then you know to eat sooner. Time change messes with my sleep but that's about it. Good luck .

The first few days keep up with your same body time and then slowly shift it back into a clock time. You can do that over a period of time. It's not going to hurt you to change it sometimes, it will just take some adjustment.
