I have enjoyed this site for just over 2 years now and am so thankful I found it. I knew there were a couple of other sites that are similar, but today I was looking at the "Visit Another Community" tab in the upper right part of the page and was amazed at all the other communities that there are.

Most of us have multiple issues we are dealing with. I know I do. I started to cruise the list and other communities and found some great people there helping in the respective sites. I can't wait to see what I can learn in some of them.

If you have not visited any of the other "Connect" sites, I encourage you to do so. They are set up just like our Diabetic Connect, so you don't have to learn new things to navigate. So many of you have helped me with diabetes, I bet you could help with the other things you are living with as well. I hope to see you over there in some of the other communities.

To be sure, Gabby! I have my big toe in a couple other of the Connect sites, but spend majority of my time here. I haven't been to the others for quite a while. thanks for the reminder Gabby

Hi Gabby,
Yes, I'm a member of a couple of these communities, and I think support groups are important for all chronic diseases, but this one seems to be where I spend most of my community time. Maybe because diabetes is such an interactive disease. Or maybe because there are so many nice, helpful and smart people here. I know I can get good advice as I face changes along the way. But I will check in on my "other" site from time to time.
