I can get so lost in the cyberworld. Several months ago someone posted on my wall and I recieved the email. I didn't figure out where the wall was. Then later the email got deleted. I think I may have been sleep deleting. Today I recieved a post from another person and managed to reply. Now where is the wall? Can I find the first person's post if I can find the wall? Or am I just going to be lost in a maze running into cyber walls? I even usually get lost doing easy mazes in puzzle magazines? I hate to think the first person who posted to my wall thinks I'm a snob. I'm just terrible with mazes.

Ok, follow this.
1. Go to 'My Profile.
2. Find the tab 'Only Tracked Items' There is a box on the right side of the page. (very small print)
3. Check the box 'Show only unview pages'
It should refresh the page with things not viewed.
When done with the messages find the magnify glass on the right of the message. Click on it. Click yes to remove them.
Good luck.

Yes, we are getting this fixed. Those notifications should say "Someone posted on your profile."

You will find the notes from friends and other members in the activity feed on your profile page.

Sorry for the confusion. And thanks for bringing up the issue so that we can get it fixed.

Thanks. I just figured it was my poor sense of direction. I am dyslexic and get lost in my own head sometimes.

I am also dyslexic, and have memory loss.
Lost is not the word. I have forgotten what I was doing and thought I was playing a game, or checking my bs or worse was on the phone with mom. I've left a few confusing messages for her, and upset her.
Mine is not the maze, it's the mind.

Click My Profile. The feed seems to be the wall. You may have to look down a bit if the post was in the past though. If you have a lot of friends it will be pretty much impossible to find it unless it was very recent.

It was too long ago to look back through the posts. I waited to long to admit I am prone to getting lost in cyberland. I hope whoever posted to me will understand.

I know how you feel. When I first signed up on facebook I had no idea what I was doing. It still doesn't make a lot of since, but you will have their writing on your wall when you find it. I still have problems finding postins because there are so many and most of them don't really have to do with me. It does get easier. hang in there.

Thanks for the encouragment. It did seem easier in that I at least managed to reply to the person's question this time. Maybe there is hope for me after all in cyberworld.
