This morning in the Orange County Register here in Southern California they ran a half page article on page two about this seed labeling it the world's most perfect food.
I had never heard of Salba until this article and the information that is presented is pretty amazing, especially for folks who are diabetic. I'm curious if there are any here who use Salba and what your experience has been.
