I was able to download, save and view the cookbook on the first try. Perhaps those of you who are having trouble need to update adobe acrobat or your drivers. I wish I could be more specific.

We're checking on what could have happened. You should have seen the download page before you ever came into the community. We'll post a link soon to take you directly to that download page.

Go to the bottom of the page and click the "Feedback" link and describe your problem to them. Hopefully the techs can sort it out for/with you.

It doesn't work for me. It opens the PDF, but the book has a bunch of empty pages or pages with just part of a recipe on it. I had two error messages on it before it actually opened. One said that it was not recognizable by the user.

Actually we are putting together a Holiday Cookbook for everyone. I have not tried the links, and I have let John know that there seems to be a problem. We will get it ironed out for you…don't despair.

Be careful. It may be a virus, Idenity theft, a scammer, a way of trying to disrupt the site, or a practical joker. It may be a webmasters nightmare. or just a glitch.
I wish you luck with the book.

What? I'm confused. Hey, enlarge your print in lower right hand corner of the screen if you have windows/internet explorer. You should see a magnifying glass icon. If not, go to the top of your screen (empty space) right click and add "status bar" checkmark. A bar will appear at the bottom of your screen with the magnifying glass! It really helps the eyes relax - no more squinting! Get some sleep! It's supposed to cut down on your appetite if you sleep, I think, six hours or more. Have a nice day!

you are taking for granted that she is accessing DC on a PC. Many ppl nowadays logon on with one of the "smart phone" apps. From what I hear it is different than on a Windows machine.

Good point. We could be talking about a very small screen here. If you could enlarge the text you might only see one word at a time! Ha. Thanks for the comment.
