I have had type 1 since 1978. never have had a good control on it. I even tried the pump. (which I am still paying off as it sits in my closet) but I do not feel the highs or the lows and so far this year the emts have woken me up over 30 times due to lows and passing out. I can be at 260 before a meal eat and take shots theen within 15 min pass out or can be at 70 eat a meal do not take a cover shot and eat extra carbs but then again within a hour pass out. I must tell you that I have parkinsons as wel and have alot of essential tremors. I have all 3 of my dr's confused is there anyone out there who can help or is having this same type of trouble?
Thanks
Bob

My son has had this problem a few times, his endo team seems to think that he is either not taking enough insulin or taking to much…It is very confussing and scary…He has never passed out, but he has gotten down to low 20's…Does your Dr.have any suggestions? I hope you find out why this is happening…My prayers are with you!!!
