Happiness is finding a veggie in my lunchbox that I forgot to eat at lunchtime! That hardly ever happens anymore, overlooking food I mean, but now I get to have grape tomatoes with my cheese and apple slices afternoon snack. Maybe I'm a simple person, but this makes me happy. Usually I'm counting the minutes to my next meal or snack, but I'm not so hungry today. Maybe I'm finally adjusting. Thoughts?
